Key Strategies

  1. Maintain and build the reputation and profile of Anglicare PNG working within approved governance, management, program and service delivery policies and supported by a modern IT system, and well maintained infrastructure
  2. Maintain and build the income and resource base of the organization from a range of sources, including the Government of PNG, to increase the sustainability and independence of Anglicare
  3. Monitor compliance with the constitution and ensure the resources of the organization are used in an accountable, transparent manner and that we meet all of the legal requirements as the national NGO working in development
  4. Support the Anglicare Foundation to develop and implement an income generation plan which builds the financial sustainability and independence of Anglicare and is consistent with international good practice
